BEYOND ZENITH- Induction Programme 2020 started on 10 August with a new fervor in the new normal

MIMA has always in the last 15 years conducted a power packed induction month full of Self- Empowering and Industry Awareness Sessions.

With the New Normal in our lives, “Beyond Zenith” has become a Virtual Induction Programme with all online sessions. The sessions are aimed at orienting the students towards Management Studies, knowing the Institute and acclimatizing students to their new environment.

Day 3 of the induction programme started with Mr. Kale congratulating the students of PGDM 2020 batch for taking their next step towards success. The session on Careers in Sales & Marketing aptly addressed the fact there are no elevators to success, one has to take all the stairs to reach the Zenith and Beyond.

An interactive session by Mr. Atul Bapat, a mutli-faceted and die-hard optimist. The PGDM batch of 2020 were all set to work on what determines Self – Defeating Vs Self- Empowering behavior.
